Unexpected yet lovely mix of genres. The way the piano melody mixes with the retro vibes of the other instruments reminded me of axiom verge, but with a more prominent beat. I also fell in love with those synth strings around 00:30. Good job! :D

I also suggest you check my latest songs because I think my older songs are starting to be cringe a bit XD
FYI on 22/2/22 this song came up in easy listening on NGradio and gave me an heart attack
LOL i'm so sorry but also not
& as always I'm glad you enjoyed it :)
Cool track! Makes me think of a convoy making its way though the desert
glad i gave you some mental imagery. my favorite effect of music is the images and scenes it can place in your mind. thanks for the review dude :)
Your pieces always have so much energy, but once again I advise giving more space to the melody and turning down the percussions a bit. Also turn up that flute-like sound (I can barely hear it before 0:12). I'd also suggest to silence the percussions (or to make them less intense) from time to time in order to let the melody get more developed and faster-paced.
You could also add a second instrument with a longer release and let it dialogue with the main one (a classic square wave should do the trick)
Ayy! I turned down the percussion and gave a small lil tweak to the solo section's drums in the beginning there. The rest are good suggestions but I feel if I add them now it'll be a whole different vibe but I can see where you're coming from! Thank you so much for the feedback!!
The things I love the most about this track are the chorus at the start and the first drop (of course), especially after the piano comes in and tries to stand out while being rythmically crushed by that powerful metallic sound
Thanks! I'm glad you liked it :)
You really got those energetic/retro vibes right! the flow of this composition is interesting and unpredictable. I wouldn't change much, but I feel like the transition at 0:14 should be either smoother (making more contrast with the abrupt yet poweful start) or sudden.
A little hint of danger (a very brief shift to a more uncertain/menacing mood) could also have been interesting
Thanks for the feedback :)
Reminds me of Wario Land 3. Very evocative, but there's one instrument which adds too much noise IMO, a more polished sound would make the melody stand out more
EDIT: I turned down the shaker a lil bit, lemme know if that's better!
Quite catchy at first, but after a while I think it needs more variety. The melody changes from time to time, and it is powerful yet it always stays in the same place. I may advice to try alternating between octaves (for example lower notes echoing the higher ones) or streching your melody (making phrases with longer notes)
such obvious suggestions for me now, but this song was made before 8 years haha
Really cool, I loved the speed up at the start. Kinda lost steam in the middle section. Plus around 2:38 a new, heavy and really cool instrument is added, I think you should've let it stay on stage some more time with a longer solo, backep up by heavy percussions
I definitely agree on that suggestion, thanks! :)
Thats so intense. In the first third I never really knew where it was going (maybe a good thing, maybe a bit overused). I think you should put longer ambience/melodic parts or shorter yet more intense drops, just to let the viewer get used to the flow of the song and then break it when least expected for a more powerful effect.
(btw it was awesome and your samples are so good, if u use any free software I'd be glad to use it too. Check out my stuff too if u have time, I dont receive a lot of feedback :( )
Thanks a lot mate, I sure will
I don't use anything except than Sytrus, Massive and FL stock plugins for effects. All the drums here are synthesized or were in the fl libraries
